We work with your HR or marketing team to coordinate employee slots, agree on backgrounds, and send a wardrobe guide in advance — so everyone shows up prepared.

Team Session Day
We photograph each team member efficiently — 15–20 minutes per person. Our portable studio setup works at your office or in our studio on Wellington Street.

Delivery & Gallery
Every image professionally retouched and delivered via a private online gallery within 5 business days. Each employee gets their own download link.

We can comfortably photograph 15–25 people per full day, depending on the package. Larger teams can be handled over multiple days or in back-to-back sessions. Contact us for a custom quote for teams of 30+.
Yes — we bring our full professional setup (lights, backdrop, camera) to you. Any standard conference room, lobby, or open office space works well. This minimizes downtime for your team and is included in our on-site packages.
Every selected photo receives professional natural retouching — skin smoothing, blemish removal, and color correction. We maintain a realistic, polished look. We do not alter facial features or body shape.
